General Warranty Conditions

  • ALCO provides a wide array of products and materials each with different warranties. Please ask your sales person for warranties based on your specific quote.
  • Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to covers not being properly installed and used.
  • Warranties apply only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, unapproved modification, or accidents.
  • In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item as covered by your invoice.

  • THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTS ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company’s liability with respect to its installation shall not exceed that expressly set forth above, irrespective of the theory upon which any claim might be based, including breach of contract, warranty, negligence or strict liability in tort, and under no circumstance shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
  • The company’s responsibility and obligation under this agreement is limited to the exchange of any defective part which may be returned and which proves defective. This warranty does not include the loss of business, cost of labor, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in serving the unit.

Shipping Terms

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States except for Canada and Mexico.

Is shipping included in my quote?

Unless otherwise specified by your sales person, all shipping charges are not included.

The exact cost for shipping is not known until we receive the bill from our shipping carrier for shipping you your product, at which point we will charge you for the order including those shipping costs. However, we can give you an estimate based on previous shipments of about the same size and width. Simply ask your sales representative.

If you have an account with a shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, Conway etc then you can provide us with that account number and we can ship your order on your account.

Pricing and Delivery

Is there any sales tax on my order?

ALCO is only registered in Florida to collect sales tax. If your order is shipping outside of Florida then you will not be charged any sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries are called out on the top of your quote. Stocked orders generally ship in approximately 2-4 days and custom orders in approximately 2-3 weeks. If you have a rush order simply contact your sales representative and ask them for a special rush delivery. If it is possible, we will work with you.

Do you offer distributor pricing?

Yes. If you are a distributor then we can offer you a distributor discount.

What is the return policy?

Custom ordered products can not be returned for a refund as they are made to order. Please measure twice and order once. If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call ALCO to discuss return options. You must first call us to receive an “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to properly process your return.
If return of goods is possible due to the item being a standard stocked product, we will offer a refund or exchange within (10) days of the shipment date excluding any shipping, insurance, restocking charges (if applicable) or other charges where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please call or E-Mail us immediately so we can handle your concerns and discuss a refund or replacement. If you decide that you do not want the merchandise. Please note that returned items that are simply not wanted or needed have a 30% restock fee.
If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.

How to Place an Order

Ordering Through Our Online Shop

Here is the process of ordering products through our shop checkout:

  • Step #1 – Add all products you want to buy from our shop to the cart
  • Step #2 – Review the order in the cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Step #3 – Enter billing address, shipping address and payment details to process the order. You have following payment options:
    • Credit Cards: We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    • PO (Purchase Order): You can also checkout with a PO. We will invoice you for the order after it ships.

  • Step #1 – Send us a completed quote form for the product you want to order
  • Step #2 – An ALCO professional will review your request for quote and send you a detailed quote
